The Dubbo City Rangers soccer club was established in the 1960’s when Bill Bush and Ron Bape started with two teams an Under 8's and an Under 10's.
Bill and Ron coached a team each. The name, Dubbo City Rangers, was selected as Dubbo became a city at this time.
